Shipping & Returns


US Shipping:  

  • When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on availability of your items and shipping option you choose. 
  • Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. 
  • We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. 
  • International orders will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed. 
  • Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via USPS Priority. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs. 

International Shipping: 

  • The shipping costs and methods for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. We use USPS for all international shipments.
  • We only charge the shipping charges. We are not responsible for the duties and taxes that will be charged once the package gets into the destination country. 
  • International packages are not insured. We recommend arranging for separate insurance. Lani Soul is not liable for lost packages. 

Return Orders: 

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted if a written return request is made within 30 days of the day the item is delivered.
  • Items must not have been worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached.
  • We will email you a pre-paid return label.
  • After the return arrives in our warehouse, we will refund your credit card or ship an exchange, depending on what you requested. 
  • Please note that we are unable to email return labels for Canadian returns. After receiving approval from us for the return, please return items to us by Canadian Post Small Packet - USA shipping. We will refund this shipping cost to you. Returns of orders shipped to Canada made using any method other than Small Packet - USA will only be refunded the cost of this shipping method. 
  • Please note that we do not pay return shipping cost on international orders.

How Do I Make A Return or Exchange:

  • Your package will include an order invoice. Fax (213-742-9002) or email ( us your RA request, noting the invoice number, the style number(s), color(s), the quantity of the item(s) you are requesting an RA for and whether you wish an exchange or refund. We will confirm receipt of your request and contact you ASAP with our response.
  • If your RA request is approved and we are requesting the merchandise be returned to us, We will email you a return label. Please pack and seal your return merchandise securely. 
  • If a refund was requested, it may take up to 5 business days from the date we receive the return to process the refund. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days.
